BREW CON LONDON '22
COVID SAFETY

Essential Information
A safe brewcon is a good brewcon

BrewCon 2021 is taking place during a time of heightened caution due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19. To ensure the event is as safe as possible, all attendees and exhibitors are required to take the following precautions:

  • Visitors must provide on arrival evidence of a negative Lateral Flow or PCR Test taken no more than 48 hours before arrival. Lateral Flow Tests are fast, free and easily obtainable from a number of locations close to the venue, as well as online ordering. PCR Tests are free and can be booked by anyone. Evidence examples include:

    • A screenshot of the confirmation given by the NHS website after submitting a negative LFT test result;

    • A text or email from the NHS confirming a negative PCR result;

    • A photograph of the negative test itself taken within 48 hours of your arrival;

  • Ticket holders displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 will be refused entry. If you are exhibiting symptoms prior to your arrival, please do not attend. Email safety@brew-con.co.uk for more information.

  • Hygiene stations will be provided throughout the event, but BrewCon strongly encourages attendees to take responsibility for their personal hygiene, and bring their own mask and hand sanitiser to minimise their effect on others.

  • While there will be good airflow throughout the event, attendees are encouraged to maintain at least a 1 metre distance from other attendees and exhibitors throughout your visit.

  • BrewCon staff reserve the right to ask any attendees to modify their behaviour if they feel that safety guidelines are being ignored. Persistent violators will be removed from the Event.

  • Any questions? Drop us a line at safety@brew-con.co.uk and we'll get back to you.
